Study Process

The Terms of Reference for the study was approved on March 4, 2008. The completion of the Transportation Development Strategy Report in November 2012 represents the conclusion of the first stage of the Individual Environmental Assessment (EA) and establishes the starting point for Stage 2 of the EA, anticipated to begin later next year (Winter 2013).
